Respectfully, this is the predictable progeny of Succession of Liner, 2019-02011 (La. 6/30/21), 320 So.3d 1133. The “attestation clause” has become meaningless. All testaments must now be litigated to determine if there was fraud, or even just to determine how many pages are contained in the testament.
Hughes, J., dissents and assigns reasons.
