Petition to dissolve interim suspension granted. See order.
ORDER
Considering the Motion for Dissolution of Order of Interim Suspension filed by respondent,
IT IS ORDERED THAT this court's order of April 27, 2021 interimly suspending respondent be and hereby is dissolved.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent shall be placed on probation for a period to coincide with the term of his July 9, 2021 recovery agreement with the Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel shall monitor respondent's compliance with his recovery agreement and notify this court of any violation. Any failure to comply with the terms of the recovery agreement may constitute grounds for immediate interim suspension.
This order shall be effective immediately.
