Stay denied. Writ application granted. See per curiam.

Granted. The district court's June 16, 2021 judgment denying relator's “Motion to Deem Ex Parte Temporary Order Null & Void for Failure to Comply with La. C.C.P. 3945” is reversed. The motion is granted, and April 21, 2021 temporary order of custody is hereby declared null and void. See La. Code Civ. P. art. 3945(E).

In light of this action, the request for stay is denied as moot. The case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings
