Gustave J. LABARRE, Jr., et al. v. OCCIDENTAL CHEMICAL COMPANY, et al.
Writ application granted. See per curiam.
Based on the facts presented, the district court did not abuse its great discretion in granting relator's motion to quash and motion for protective order. Accordingly, the judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and the judgment of the district court is reinstated. It is further ordered the motions to seal filed by the parties are granted. The case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
Weimer, C.J., would deny. McCallum, J., would deny. Crain, J., recused.
