Writ application denied.

I would grant the writ application filed by the State of Louisiana, reverse the trial court's ruling and order that the jury trial in this second degree murder and feticide case commence within ninety days. See La. C.Cr.P. art. 61 (“Subject to the supervision of the attorney general, as provided in Article 62, the district attorney has entire charge and control of every criminal prosecution instituted or pending in his district, and determines whom, when, and how he shall prosecute.”)
