IBERVILLE PARISH v. CITY OF BATON ROUGE/PARISH OF EAST BATON ROUGE
Writ application granted. See per curiam.
Granted. Considering the specific facts presented, the district court did not err in finding Iberville Parish is a proper venue for this suit pursuant to La. R.S. 13:5104(B).
Accordingly, the judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and the judgment of the district court denying the exception of improper venue is reinstated. The stay of proceedings granted by this court is hereby lifted, and the matter is remanded to the 18th Judicial District Court for the Parish of Iberville for further proceedings.
Weimer, C.J., would grant and docket. Crichton, J., would deny. McCallum, J., would deny.
