If it has not done so already, the district court is ordered to rule on applicant's motion for production of documents and to supply him with copies of any requested court documents to which he is entitled of right or a cost estimate. State ex rel. Simmons v. State, 93-0275 (La. 12/16/94), 647 So.2d 1094; see also R.S. 44:1, et seq.
