LOOP LLC v. EXXONMOBIL CORPORATION and Shell Oil Company
Writ application denied.
I concur in the denial of the writ. Defendants will have an adequate remedy on appeal to seek review of the trial court's determination that Loop, L.L.C. has the authority to expropriate the subject property. See La. R.S. 19:13.
