David Lee WILLIAMS v. Warren MONTGOMERY
Writ application denied.
I would grant this writ and, if it has not done so already, order the district court to rule on applicant's motions for production of documents and to supply him with copies of any requested court documents to which he is entitled of right or the requested cost estimate. State ex rel. Simmons v. State, 93-0275 (La. 12/16/94), 647 So.2d 1094; see also R.S. 44:1, et seq. In all other respects, I would deny the application.
Hughes, J., would grant in part. Genovese, J., would grant in part and assigns reasons. Griffin, J., would grant in part. See State ex rel. Simmons v. State, 93-0275 (La. 12/16/94), 647 So.2d 1094.
