Oris LATOUR, et al. v. STEAMBOAT'S L.L.C.
Writ application denied.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 966(H) of the Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure, I would grant the defendant's application in this matter, order the parties to file written briefs and allow an opportunity to make a written request for oral argument. Specifically, I find this application raises the pertinent question of whether the open and obvious nature of the ledge alleged to have contributed to plaintiff's injuries created an unreasonable risk of harm. See Allen v. Lockwood, 14-1724 (La. 2/13/15), 156 So.3d 650; and Bufkin v. Felipe's Louisiana, LLC, et al., 14-0288 (La. 10/15/14), 171 So.3d 851.
Crichton, J., would grant and assigns reasons. Crain, J., would grant. McCallum, J., would grant.
