STATE of Louisiana v. Paul RIZZUTO
Writ application denied. See per curiam.
Denied. The claims are premature. The parish court announced that Defendant Paul Rizzuto would be permitted to re-urge his motion to consolidate after the state amended the charges. Accordingly, Mr. Rizzuto has not been denied any rights he may have to consolidation pursuant to La.C.Cr.P. art. 706. Neither is he currently at risk of being denied his right to trial by jury.
