Reconsideration granted. Upon further review, the Court has determined Nelson Industrial Steam Company's (NISCO's) electronically-filed writ application was filed timely on July 6, 2020. However, in view of the opinion in Calcasieu Parish School Board Sales & Use Department v. Nelson Industrial Steam Co., 20-0724 (La. 10/20/20), 303 So. 3d 292, remanding the matter to the court of appeal for consideration of the pretermitted assignments of error, the Court will not consider the issues raised in NISCO's application at this time.
