WRIT GRANTED. The writ application of defendant Mike Cazes, in his official capacity as Sheriff of West Baton Rouge, is hereby granted. We thus reverse the court of appeal and reinstate the district court's judgment dismissing plaintiff's action against defendant-applicant with prejudice.
Johnson, C.J., would deny. Weimer, J., would grant and docket. Crain, J., concurs.
