ORDER

Considering the Petition for Transfer to Disability Inactive Status filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,

IT IS ORDERED that Richard L. Greenland, Louisiana Bar Roll number 6339, be and he hereby is transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 22(D). All disciplinary proceedings against respondent shall be deferred until such time as he resumes active status. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 26(E), this order shall be effective immediately.

Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 16(D), all filings in this matter shall remain confidential.
