STATE of Louisiana v. Roland FERRAND
Writ application denied.
In my view, the Miranda warning given in this case was sufficient and the trial court did not err in denying defendant's motion to suppress. I would therefore grant the state's writ application, reverse the court of appeal, and reinstate the judgment of the trial court.
Weimer, J., would grant and docket. Crichton, J., would grant and assigns reasons. Crain, J., would grant.
