GIRARD v. COCA COLA BOTTLING COMPANY UNITED INC (2020)

Writ application granted. See per curiam.

The motion to recuse was untimely. See La. Code Civ. P. art. 154; Langlinais v. Union Oil Co. of California, 2020-00229 (La. 5/14/20), 296 So.3d 601. Accordingly, the writ is granted. The judgment granting the motion to recuse Judge Marilyn Castle is reversed. The case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
