Mary Sue WILSON v. State of Louisiana, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND CORRECTIONS, et al.
Writ application denied.
I would grant the defendants’ writ application. In my view, the trial court correctly sustained the defendants’ exception of insufficiency of service of process and dismissed the suit without prejudice. See R.S. 39:1538D and R.S. 13:5107A. I would therefore reverse the court of appeal and reinstate the trial court's judgment in its entirety.
Crichton, J., would grant and assigns reasons.
