Conditional admission revoked. See order.
ORDER
Considering the Petition for Revocation of Conditional Admission filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, the Motion to Modify Conditional Admission filed by respondent, the report of the hearing committee, and the responses thereto,
IT IS ORDERED that the ODC's petition for revocation of conditional admission be and hereby is granted. The conditional admission to practice law in the State of Louisiana granted to Jamar Myers-Montgomery, Louisiana Bar Roll No. 38498, shall be immediately revoked and his name shall be stricken from the roll of attorneys.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent shall pay all costs associated with these proceedings.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent's motion to modify conditional admission be and hereby is denied.
