Harold FILS v. STAR INDEMNITY & LIABILITY INSURANCE COMPANY, et al.
Writ application granted. See per curiam.
ON SUPERVISORY WRIT TO THE FIFTEENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, PARISH OF LAFAYETTE
Without passing on the merits of the recusal issue, we find the subsequent withdrawal of plaintiff's counsel rendered the recusal motion moot. Accordingly, the writ is granted. The judgment of the district court granting the motion to recuse is vacated and set aside, and the case is remanded for further proceedings before the judge to whom it was originally randomly allotted.
PER CURIAM
Hughes, J., would deny. Genovese, J., recused.
