STATE of Louisiana v. Walter JOHNSON
Writ application granted. See per curiam.
Writ granted. The district court correctly found that the application was untimely. See La.C.Cr.P. art. 930.8. Accordingly, the judgment of the court of appeal vacating the district court's ruling is reversed. The district court's April 17, 2019 ruling, which denied the application for post-conviction relief as untimely, is reinstated.
