The writ application filed by defendant is granted in part. The trial court abused its discretion with respect to the imposition of the excessive 510 day suspended jail sentence pursuant to La. R.S. 13:4611. The matter is remanded solely to reconsider the time period of imprisonment imposed. In all other respects, the writ is denied.
