Writ application denied.

I agree with the Court's denial of defendant's writ application at this juncture. However, I write separately to note that the present procedural posture of the case, injunctive proceedings, is not conducive for proper supervisory review by this Court. The defendant has an adequate remedy on appeal, at which time this Court will have the benefit of a fully developed record.
