Granted in part. The judgment of the district court is amended to provide any information produced pursuant to the motion to compel shall be subject to a protective order prohibiting dissemination of this information to any persons not directly associated with this litigation. In all other respects, the application is denied.
I concur in the order to remand and write separately to encourage the trial court to perform an in camera inspection to determine the discoverability and relevance of the contents of this employment file.
