STATE of Louisiana v. Joseph D. RICHEY
Writ granted in part. This case is remanded to the court of appeal where applicant will have the opportunity to supplement its writ application with the documents identified by the court of appeal in its writ denial. The applicant is not required to produce the documents that were filed under seal nor is the applicant required to provide minute entries for court proceedings not relevant to the trial court's action that is the subject of the writ. The court of appeal may request the documents under seal from the trial court.
