Michael Clinton SULLIVAN v. Martha Adele SULLIVAN
Granted in part. Considering the unique circumstances presented, the judgment of the district court denying relator's motion is vacated, and the case is remanded to the district court for the purpose of conducting a contradictory hearing on the motion on an expedited basis. This hearing may be conducted by telephone, video, teleconferencing, or any other means that do not involve in-person contact, as authorized by this court's order of April 6, 2020 and related orders. In all other respects, the application is denied.
