STATE v. JOEKEL (2020)

Stay denied. Writ denied.

May one murder someone, and also be a “principal” to that murder? The indictment is confusing. If open file discovery may be offered in lieu of a bill of particulars, should it not also be available to support a motion to quash? Or must the trial court order a bill of particulars? I would grant the writ to clarify this confusing situation.
