STATE of Louisiana v. Prince RECORD
Granted. The habitual offender sentences imposed by the district court are reinstated. See State v. Lyles, 19-0203 (La. 10/22/19), 286 So.3d 407, 2019 WL 5435291. The matter is remanded to the court of appeal for consideration of the pretermitted assignment of error related to sentencing.
