Writ application denied.
There is no legal authority for a trial judge to “order” mediation. This matter appears to have been stalled by the trial court from its inception. Plaintiff should move to have the exceptions heard and pursue mandamus thereafter if necessary.
Hughes, J., would grant the writ.
