ORDER

Considering the petition for permanent resignation from the practice of law in lieu of discipline filed by respondent, and the motion to withdraw concurrence filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,

IT IS ORDERED that the petition for permanent resignation in lieu of discipline be and hereby is rejected. This matter shall be remanded to the disciplinary board for further proceedings in accordance with Supreme Court Rule XIX.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the ODC’s motion to withdraw its concurrence be and hereby is granted.
