I specifically note and point out that I voted to grant this writ when it was first presented, and I continue to maintain my position in this case. It is only because Louisiana Supreme Court Rule IX, § 6, does not allow for the consideration of an application for rehearing (reconsideration) from a denial of a supervisory writ by this court, that I am compelled to vote to deny this application.
