ON WRIT OF CERTIORARI TO THE COURT OF APPEAL, FIRST CIRCUIT, PARISH OF EAST BATON ROUGE

Granted. In this matter concerning the revocation of relator’s Peace Officer Standards and Training certification, based on our review, we find no error in the judgment of the district court denying the exception of peremption. Accordingly, the judgment of the court of appeal is reversed insofar as it determined relator’s appeal was untimely. The case is remanded to the court of appeal to consider the remaining issues presented in the appeal.
