Wendy Jean HAJJAR v. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY AGRICULTURE AND MECHANICAL COLLEGE, Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System, University of New Orleans, ABC Insurance Company, Def Insurance Company, and GHI Insurance Company
ON SUPERVISORY WRITS TO THE 19th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, PARISH OF EAST BATON ROUGE
Writ application denied.
I would grant the writ filed by the defendants, Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana State University Agricultural College. Specifically, I would assign the case for briefing and allow an opportunity to request oral arguments in accordance with La. C.C.P. art. 966(H). Based on the filings with this court, in my view, there appears to be no genuine issues of material fact, thereby entitling defendants to judgment as a matter of law.
Crichton, J., would grant and assigns reasons.
