ON SUPERVISORY WRITS TO THE 19th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, PARISH OF EAST BATON ROUGE
Writ application denied.
Finding the trial court abused its discretion, I would grant the writ application of Julia Deal and Continental Casualty Company and reverse the trial court's judgment denying the motion to transfer venue for forum non conveniens. See La. C.C.P. art. 123; See also Holland v Lincoln General Hosp., 2010-0038 (La. 10/19/10), 48 So.3d 1050.
Crichton, J., would grant and assigns reasons. Genovese, J., would grant for reasons assigned by Judge Welch.
