ON WRIT OF CERTIORARI TO THE COURT OF APPEAL, FOURTH CIRCUIT, PARISH OF ORLEANS
Writ granted. The ruling of the trial court is reversed for the reasons assigned by Judge Lobrano. In accordance with La. R.S. 18:463(E)(2), the Clerk of Court is ordered to correct the information contained in the defendant's notice of candidacy to reflect the timely filing of the notice of candidacy in furtherance of this court's order.
