STATE v. GREEN (2019)

Granted in part, otherwise denied. Applicant has shown a particularized need for a free copy of the Boykin transcript. Cf. State ex rel. Bernard v. Criminal Dist. Court Section J., 94-2247 (La. 4/28/95), 653 So.2d 1174. The district court is ordered to provide him with a copy of that document. In all other respects, the writ is denied.
