STATE of Louisiana v. Keith MARTIN
ON SUPERVISORY WRITS TO THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, PARISH OF CADDO
Writ denied.

HUGHES, J., additionally concurs and assigns reasons. CRICHTON, J., recused.
