ON WRIT OF CERTIORARI TO THE COURT OF APPEAL, THIRD CIRCUIT, FOR THE PARISH OF LAFAYETTE
Writ denied.
Respectfully, I would grant the writ. One night spent with flesh and blood should not disqualify the grandparents. I note Judge Conery's concurrence also; these children should be allowed to maintain a relationship with their grandparents.
HUGHES, J., dissents and would grant and assigns reasons.
