SUCCESSION OF PATIN II LLC v. BREAZEALE SACHSE WILSON XYZ XYZ (2022)

Writ application denied. See per curiam.

Relators seek review of the court of appeal's May 9, 2022 judgment, which reversed the district court's January 11, 2021 judgment granting Relators’ exception of no cause of action and dismissing the legal malpractice claims asserted by Respondents. The writ application is denied.¹
