PER CURIAM
Granted. The judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and the judgment of the district court denying the motion to disqualify is reinstated. Relator may represent himself in a pro-se capacity in these proceedings.
However, if during the course of these proceedings relator abuses the combined role of lawyer and party, the district court, in its discretion, may impose whatever sanctions are necessary to insure the orderly conduct of the proceedings including requiring relator to procure independent counsel to conduct the adversarial proceedings. Farrington v. Law Firm of Sessions, Fishman, 96-1486 (La. 2/25/97), 687 So.2d 997, 1001.
