ON WRIT OF CERTIORARI TO THE COURT OF APPEAL, FOURTH CIRCUIT, PARISH OF ORLEANS
Writ granted. Based on the facts in this case, there is no legal precedent or authority in support of granting a credit to the expropriating authority against a final judgment awarding attorney fees to the landowner in an expropriation case. The judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and the trial court judgment is reinstated.
REVERSED.
