STATE of Louisiana v. Bruce ROBERTSON
Writ application granted in part. See per curiam.
Granted in part. The district court is ordered to provide applicant with a copy of its July 7, 2021 order denying post-conviction relief, if it has not done so already. See La.C.Cr.P. art. 930.1. Upon receipt of those documents, applicant shall have a reasonable opportunity to file an application for supervisory writs in the court of appeal. The writ is denied in all other respects.
