STATE v. MCCONNELL (2018)

We vacate the district court's ruling denying defendant's motion to suppress the evidence seized from the floor of a bedroom inside the residence where a domestic disturbance involving a firearm had been reported. In reconsidering its ruling, the district court is instructed to review the recordings of the incident, which were made by police and entered into evidence at the suppression hearing.
