KERRY ABEL v. EASTERN ROYAL KITCHEN, L.L.C. D/B/A EAST BUFFET, FOREVER GROWING, L.L.C. EAST BUFFET, CPW SEVERN INVESTMENTS, L.P., ADMIRAL INSURANCE COMPANY AND GENERAL STAR NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 966(H) of the Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure, I would grant the defendant's application, order the parties to file written briefs, and allow an opportunity to make a written request for oral argument. Specifically, I find this application raises the question of whether the condition of the sidewalk created an unreasonable risk of harm. See Allen v. Lockwood, 14-1724 (La. 2/13/15), 156 So. 3d 650; and Bufkin v. Felipe's Louisiana, LLC, et al., 14-0288 (La. 10/15/14), 171 So. 3d 851.
Crichton, J., would grant and assigns reasons.
