Granted. The judgment of the district court ordering production of relator's entire claim file is vacated and set aside. Pursuant to our prior order in Fanguy v. UV Insurance Risk Retention Group, Inc., 2021-01619 (La. 11/23/21), 328 So.3d 64, the case is remanded to the district court to make specific findings, supported by appropriate reasons, as to which documents in the claims file are relevant and discoverable. The district court may order the defendants to provide a privilege log.
