The 30-day limitations period to file an application for a writ of certiorari in this court was not tolled by the filing of an application for rehearing and/or reconsideration of the court of appeal's denial of defendant's supervisory writ application. See State v. Crandell, 05-1060 (La. 3/10/06), 924 So.2d 122.
