STATE of Louisiana v. Andre FRANCIS, et al.
Writ Granted; Stay Lifted. The district court was premature in ordering the State to turn over to the defense the co-defendants' statements made at the grand jury. The district court's order that the State provide the district court with the transcripts for an in camera inspection under La. C.Cr.P. art. 434.1 and State v. Williams, 1998-1947 (La.
