ATTORNEY DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDING

In light of the ambiguity of La. R.S. 37:212(C), we find the Office of Disciplinary Counsel has not proved by clear and convincing evidence that respondent knowingly engaged in the unauthorized practice of law. Accordingly, we will dismiss the formal charges.

DECREE

Upon review of the findings and recommendations of the hearing committee and disciplinary board, and considering the record and the briefs filed by the parties, it is ordered that the formal charges filed against Elise Marybeth LaMartina be and hereby are dismissed.
