STATE OF LOUISIANA v. ELIZABETH BAKER MURRILL
The allegations contained in the Emergency Motion to Quash Indictments or Stay filed by the Attorney General and referred to in the Per Curiam of this Court are troubling. At worst, they are indicative of invidious motives; at best, they suggest incompetence. In either case, if they prove to be even partially accurate, then additional proceedings before the newly reconstituted Judiciary Commission and Office of Disciplinary Counsel will no doubt become necessary.
McCALLUM, J., additionally concurs and assigns reasons.
