STATE EX REL. LARRY JOHN THOMPSON v. STATE OF LOUISIANA
Granted in part. The matter is remanded to the district court for an evidentiary hearing to determine whether relator's guilty plea was entered unintelligently or involuntarily as a result of erroneous or misleading advice, from counsel or the trial court, regarding his sentencing exposure; and whether trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance. In all other respects, the application is denied.
