IN RE: CONFIDENTIAL PARTY
ORDER
Considering the Joint Petition for Consent Discipline filed by respondent and the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,
IT IS ORDERED that the Joint Petition for Consent Discipline be and hereby is rejected pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 20.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the disciplinary board for the filing of formal charges. Following the filing of formal charges, the hearing committee shall conduct a prompt hearing. In its report, the hearing committee is directed to make a specific factual finding as to whether respondent's actions at the time of the crime for which he was arrested were intentional or negligent.
